Unfortunately, we found a software bug that can accidentally cause some tasks not to run in Version 3.
It is a very narrow scenario: This error affects tasks that were/are programmed to run during the switch to the summertime period AND for any reason cannot be executed and therefore should be added as a skipped task. In this case, the error results in the task and subsequent tasks not being processed.
The good news: The bug has already been squashed by our Mail & Deploy team.
However, to be on the safe side, please check the following:
For customers in EMEA and North America:
Check the execution calendar to see if the tasks ran properly since the weekend.
If not, please upgrade to Mail & Deploy version 3.2.0.
For customers in LATAM:
Please change the execution plan to avoid starting tasks around the summertime change OR
upgrade to Mail & Deploy version 3.2.0 before the weekend of the summertime change.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you!
As we put customer experience on a pedestal, we will conduct more extensive testing to avoid such issues in the future.
