Upcoming Maintenance Windows for Mail & Deploy SaaS

We will be performing essential updates and system improvements to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our Cloud services.

At Mail & Deploy, we are committed to maintaining a high level of service through regular updates and maintenance.

We have scheduled several maintenance windows in the coming weeks to enhance the performance, security, and reliability of our Qlik Reporting platform.

During these times, we will be performing essential updates and system improvements to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our Cloud services.

Maintenance Schedule

Here are the specific times for the upcoming maintenance:

  • EU Ireland Zone:

    Between August 27, 2024, 09:00 AM CEST / 03:00 AM EDT and 14:00 PM CEST / 08:00 AM EDT.

  • EU Frankfurt Zone:

    Between August 28, 2024, 09:00 AM CEST / 03:00 AM EDT and 14:00 PM CEST / 08:00 AM EDT.

  • US North Virginia Zone:

    • First Maintenance Window:
      Between August 30, 2024, 09:00 AM CEST / 03:00 AM EDT and 14:00 PM CEST / 08:00 AM EDT.

    • Second Maintenance Window:
      Between September 2, 2024, 09:00 AM CEST / 03:00 AM EDT and 14:00 PM CEST / 08:00 AM EDT.
  • Other Zones:

    Between September 3, 2024, 09:00 AM CEST / 03:00 AM EDT and 14:00 PM CEST / 08:00 AM EDT.

Details about the maintenance

We will be using this time to migrate your account to a new AWS infrastructure and update the servers and our software to the latest Mail & Deploy Release 3.5.5 to improve the experience of Mail & Deploy.

Important to know

During these windows, Mail & Deploy services in the respective regions may be temporarily unavailable and tasks will be paused. So please consider deactivating tasks that run at this time.

We aim to keep this downtime as short as possible. All operations around our Qlik Reporting Suite will resume immediately after the maintenance is complete.

How to Prepare

  • Plan Accordingly: Please schedule any critical tasks outside of the maintenance windows.

  • Stay Informed: Keep an eye on your email and the Mail & Deploy website for reminders and updates.

  • Support: If you have any questions or concerns, our support team is here to help.
