How to access the new portal?

Your account will be automatically activated, and you will receive an email notification confirming this.

3️⃣ Start exploring the updated portal and manage your support tickets with ease.

Missing tickets?

If you don’t see all your tickets right away, don’t worry! Some tickets may still be in the process of being updated in the new system. Our team is actively working to ensure all information is fully restored.
