News

We would like to inform all Mail & Deploy users about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window. During this time, we will upgrade our servers and software to the latest Mail & Deploy release.

This update includes important stability improvements, security enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring increased reliability and a future-ready platform for all users.

Maintenance Window Details

Please find the scheduled maintenance times below:

  • DE Frankfurt Zone: June 8, 2026, from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM CEST

What to Expect

Breaking Changes & Important Update

With Mail & Deploy 3.6.4 and 3.6.5, we have introduced several changes that may affect existing implementations:

Snowflake Connection
Updates to Snowflake authentication (Key Pair as default) may require adjustments to existing connections. Please review your configuration after upgrading.

Conditional Element Behavior (Word Reports)
Mail & Deploy now removes line breaks and section breaks within a Conditional Element when the condition is False. This change may impact report layouts, as the behavior differs from previous versions.
For more details, please refer to: Breaking Change 3.6.4 – Conditional Element in Word Reports.

Removed Feature: Print Content Action
The Print Content Action, which has been deprecated for some time, has now been fully removed.

Qlik Table Error Handling
If the hypercube for a Qlik table returns an error code (e.g., 19 – out of memory), report generation will now fail instead of rendering an empty table. This ensures greater transparency and helps identify underlying issues more reliably.
