3 Events, 3 Communities, 1 Mission: Reporting That Just Works

September is shaping up to be an exciting month for the Mail & Deploy team. Join us!

Event

Over the course of just one month, we will be meeting data and analytics professionals across Germany, Liechtenstein and Switzerland, joining three different events and connecting with three very different communities.

From the Qlik AI Reality Tour in Berlin, to the Qlik AI Reality Tour in Liechtenstein, and Hey!Circle 2026 in Weggis, each event brings its own perspective on data, analytics, AI and decision-making.

But despite the different locations and event formats, there is one common theme that connects all three: How do we turn data into information that actually helps people do their jobs?

For us, that conversation naturally leads to reporting.

Because having access to data is only the beginning. Building dashboards and discovering insights is important, but in many organizations, people still need information delivered to them in a format they can easily consume, share and act upon.

Thatโ€™s where automated reporting comes in. At Mail & Deploy, our mission is simple: BI-Reporting that just works.

No unnecessary complexity. No manual report generation every morning. No copying information from dashboards into documents or presentations.

Instead, relevant information can be automatically generated, formatted and distributed to the people who need it โ€“ whether they are working with Qlik, Power BI or other supported data sources.

And this September, we are taking that conversation on the road again.

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช September 17 โ€“ Qlik AI Reality Tour Berlin

Our September journey starts in Berlin on September 17, where we will be joining our reseller partner Leitart at the Qlik AI Reality Tour Berlin.

The Qlik AI Reality Tour is bringing together organizations and data professionals to explore how Qlik and AI can help businesses get more value from their data.

For us, this is a particularly interesting conversation because AI is changing the way organizations interact with data โ€“ but it doesnโ€™t eliminate the need for reliable reporting. Quite the opposite.

As organizations generate more insights, they also need better ways to make those insights available to the people who need them.

A sales team might need a daily performance report. A management team might need a weekly overview. An operations team might need an automated exception report. And customers or external stakeholders might need information delivered in a specific format.

The challenge is no longer simply โ€œCan we get the data?โ€

It is increasingly: โ€œHow do we get the right information to the right people at the right time?โ€

Thatโ€™s where we are looking forward to sharing our perspective.

If you are attending the Qlik AI Reality Tour in Berlin, come and find us. We would love to hear how your organization is approaching reporting, automation and AI โ€“ and share what we are seeing across the Mail & Deploy community.

๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ฎ September 24 โ€“ Qlik AI Reality Tour Liechtenstein

One week later, we are heading to Ruggell, Liechtenstein. We will be joining the Qlik AI Reality Tour Liechtenstein on September 24, hosted by our reseller partner PPMC Group.

The focus will once again be on doing data differently with Qlik and AI โ€“ and we are particularly looking forward to the conversations around how organizations can turn technology into practical business value.

Because while AI and analytics are moving quickly, the fundamental challenge for many organizations remains the same: How can we make information useful beyond the dashboard?

A dashboard can provide an excellent overview. But not everyone who needs the information will log into a BI platform every morning. Some users need an email. Others need an Excel file. Others need a PDF report, a PowerPoint presentation or an automatically generated document.

And sometimes, the most valuable information is not a complete dashboard at all โ€“ but a notification telling someone that something has changed and requires their attention.

This is why we believe reporting remains such an important part of the modern data landscape.

We are looking forward to meeting the Liechtenstein data community and discussing how Qlik, AI and automated reporting can work together to create real business value.

๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ญ September 24 โ€“ Hey!Circle 2026 in Weggis

And September 24 will be a particularly busy day for us, because while part of the team is in Liechtenstein, we will also be represented in Weggis, Switzerland, at the Hey!Circle 2026, hosted by Heyde (Schweiz) AG.

The event focuses on how Swiss organizations use data, KPIs and AI to make better decisions โ€“ without getting stuck in endless discussions about tools, technologies or AI hype.

That is a message we can definitely relate to. Technology should ultimately make things easier. Data should help people make better decisions. And reporting should make sure that the information created by all those systems actually reaches the people who need it.

That might sound simple โ€“ but anyone working with enterprise reporting knows that the last mile can often be the most complicated one.

Getting data into a platform is one thing. Creating insights is another.

But turning those insights into reliable, repeatable and actionable information is where reporting plays a critical role. Thatโ€™s exactly the conversation we are looking forward to having in Weggis.

If you are attending Hey!Circle, come and talk to us about your reporting challenges, your data environment and the ways you are using automation and AI today.

Three Events. Three Communities. One Mission.

Berlin, Ruggell and Weggis may be very different places. The events themselves have different audiences, different formats and different focuses. But there is a common thread running through all three: Data only creates value when people can actually use it.

And thatโ€™s why we believe reporting still matters.

Whether your organization is exploring AI, modernizing its data platform, migrating to the cloud, working with Qlik or Power BI, or simply trying to reduce the amount of manual reporting your teams have to deal with โ€“ the goal should always be the same:

Make information available. Make it useful. Make it reliable. Make it work.

Thatโ€™s our mission at Mail & Deploy. Reporting that just works.

And this September, we would love to talk about it with you.

Will we see you in Berlin, Ruggell or Weggis?
