Get connected to your data
Reporting rarely lives in one system. There is the Qlik environment, the data warehouse someone built two years ago, and the Power BI workspace finance insists on. Connecting them is the unglamorous part of reporting automation - and the part that decides whether the rest is possible at all.

Streamlined setup
Mail & Deploy runs as a single service that fits into your existing setup. Install it on the same machine as your current solution and move reports from development to production in a few clicks. A standard installation takes less than 15 minutes. All services - management, execution and hub - run from one installation, so a new environment is a matter of installing the service and pointing it at your datasources.

Flexible deployment
Deploy on-premise, in a private cloud, or use the SaaS edition. The same configuration runs in every model. You can start on-premise next to your Qlik environment and move to a hosted deployment later without rebuilding reports.
- On-premise, private cloud or SaaS
Good to know: QlikView connections require the on-premise deployment. Every other datasource works in both models.

03 · Connect
Multiple data sources
Combine elements from Qlik®, Power BI or other data sources like SQL, Snowflake, Oracle and more in a single report. Each datasource is registered once in the Management Service, and any report or task can then combine objects from several of them in a single document.
- No data duplication
Good to know: Mail & Deploy caches what a datasource contains - fields, variables, visualisations and embedded reports. That cache is rebuilt when the structure changes, not when the data changes.

04 · Connect
Centralised control
The Management Console holds users, workspaces, data sources and permissions in one place, which keeps reporting manageable as it grows.
