#Feature Friday – Modular template-based Reports

Reporting is one of the central tasks of controlling. Data must be provided in a timely manner, reports must be clear and user-friendly.

With Mail & Deploy, we want to support you in avoiding inefficient processes. You should design management reports out of QlikView® and Qlik Sense® that are perceptually optimized. That is why, we create features that sole purpose is to facilitate the report creation, modification and customization.

Today’s Feature Friday highlights one of many nifty Mail & Deploy features. It was developed specifically to help you save time and stay more organized in your Qlik® reporting process:

Modular template based Reports

You may already know the Multiple Templates per Report-Feature of Mail & Deploy. It is particularly useful! For example, when you want to create templates in different languages or with various currencies.

With the extended Modular template-based reports-Feature, you can not only specify one report template to be used. Now you are able to specify a list of templates which will then be merged to a single report template.

This allows you to define individual modules as report templates and then merge them on-the-fly.

Modular templates based Reports enable you to include different sections in your reports and provide the exact content for the right recipient. This feature makes it easier to customize your reports out of Qlik® and get exactly the data your decision-makers need in their reports!
