We are happy to announce that from July 1st, 2021 Mail & Deploy forms a new and independent company called MaD reporting GmbH.
The Mail & Deploy brand has long been part of Harrer & Partner, one of the well-known BI experts for Qlik and Jedox in Austria. Also, our employees have been working for both Harrer & Partner and Mail & Deploy for a long time at the headquarters in Vienna.
In order to further strengthen the brand Mail & Deploy in the international market and to focus our competencies, we have decided to spin-off Mail & Deploy from Harrer & Partner 13 years after launch.
As a result, we are happy to announce that from July 1st, 2021 Mail & Deploy forms a new and independent company called MaD reporting GmbH.
The MaD reporting GmbH will widen its mission to make reporting out of Qlik® faster and easier, tackling challenges across the reporting process beyond data sourcing and report deploying.
Mail & Deploy was developed in 2008 as QV Mailer and focused on the automated distribution of reports from QlikView® in PDF format. Since then, our product has achieved a lot of milestones. In 2012, QVMailer reached 4th place in the QlikMarket as the most popular solution. As the functionality of our reporting software expanded, we changed the name of QVMailer. Since 2015, we have been offering our product under the new name Mail & Deploy, which automatically creates and distributes reports from QlikView® in user-friendly formats such as PowerPoint®, Excel® and Word®, HTML, CSV and Adobe PDF. With the release of Qlik Sense®, Qlik’s innovative self-service analysis platform, we also released Mail & Deploy Version 2.0. In 2018, release 2.1 followed and with this year, the most revolutionary release in the history of Mail & Deploy is available – Version 3.0 redefines the reporting out of QlikView® and Qlik Sense®.
Over the past 13 years, Mail & Deploy has become one of the most powerful reporting suits for Qlik®, enabling Qlik® users to quickly design and create their reports while helping provide decision-makers with the real-time insights needed to effectively manage their businesses.

Why a new name?
For the last years, the consulting and software business of Harrer & Partner have grown side-by-side like best friends. The product business has learned a lot from the service business and vice versa. But the fact remains that they have always been two separate entities, with separate missions and visions.
With Mail & Deploy, Harrer & Partner has created one of the strongest Qlik® reporting platforms available in the Qlik® Business Intelligence universe. It has been challenging for customers, partners and other stakeholders to differentiate the two units. It has also been somewhat tricky to separate those values and identities internally.
That is why MaD Reporting, our new company, is positioning itself as the pioneer of reporting software for QlikView® and Qlik Sense®. Our modern reporting suite enables new and flexible channels of communication and collaboration that are reliable and promote transparency especially in the areas of reporting.
What changes?
This spin-off will hardly change anything for our customers and partners. The Mail & Deploy as well as the Harrer & Partner team is still available for you as usual.
Harrer & Partner will continue to be the direct contact in the new role of a reseller for the Austrian and selected international direct customers of Mail & Deploy.
The business and services of Mail & Deploy will be continued under the new company name. For our customers and partners, the following changes primarily:

We would like to ask you to use our new company name and the new commercial register and tax numbers for all correspondence from July 1, 2021.
After the name change, the company’s main business and legal relationships remain unchanged, all old contracts remain valid for the time being (any changes will be communicated separately), the business relationship and commitment are the same or even better than before.
The management and all employees continue to be available to customers and business partners as qualified contacts. You can reach all employees using the usual contact options.
