We will update our End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and want to share the details with you.
The updates to the EULA primarily reflects our new Mail & Deploy SaaS solution. It introduces terms that cover the use of Mail & Deploy SaaS. These new Terms for Mail & Deploy SaaS describe the Customer Responsibilities, Security and Privacy, MaD Reporting SaaS Warranty, Suspension of Service and Subdomains.
The previous terms and conditions for the use of MaD Reporting products and services remain completely unaffected. We have just made them more streamlined, readable and descriptive about how MaD Reporting GmbH provides its products and services. Therefore, no action is required on your part.
We encourage you to read the updated MaD Reporting EULA. The new MaD Reporting EULA will come into effect on April 1, 2022. We believe this update help us serve you, and all of our users better.
