We are pleased to announce a new addition to the Mail & Deploy team, Emma Bachura. Joining us as a Customer Success Agent we are very happy to welcome her to the team.
Emma (we call her Emmi) is now studying Business Informatics with the TU Wien – Austria’s largest research and educational institution in the field of technology and natural sciences – alongside her role at Mail & Deploy.
She has enjoyed being warmly welcomed into the team and is looking forward to expanding her skills and knowledge within the business.
Her Role at Mail & Deploy
As a customer success agent at Mail & Deploy, Emma’s work will mainly consist of helping our customers and partners with any problems and questions they may encounter while using our Qlik Reporting Suite. Emma will offer technical advice and support and additionally, she will be responsible for escalating any arising bugs, and submitting feedback as well as feature requests to our development team for review.
As we strive to provide a high-quality Qlik reporting experience here at Mail & Deploy, we also aim to offer excellent customer service to all of our users. In this context, Emma will also take over the developing, updating, and maintaining of our Knowledge Base as well as collaborating in creating resources for our support portal and our YouTube Channel.
During her time in school, she found her passion in fitness which she still pursues in her university life from time to time. However, as much as she enjoys fitness, she is also a very ambitious person that always seeks opportunities to face new challenges and learn from the outcome to grow in terms of her personal career development. As for anything else about Emma, she enjoys live music, going to the cinema, and socializing with friends whenever possible.
