Redesign of Mail & Deploy Community and Support Portal
As part of our continued commitment to providing efficient and accessible customer support for our Mail & Deploy customers and partners, we have recently rolled out a new design for our Mail & Deploy support portal.
The new design brings improvements to the way you can search documentation, browse popular articles and get in touch with us via a dedicated support ticket form.
Also new is that you now have full insight into all of your support tickets, can query the current status of the ticket and can also export them. The new support ticket view provides a more effective solution to handling your tickets, especially for you as a user.
We continually publish new articles to the support portal in order for you to obtain the information you require quickly and easily.
